These terms govern your use of localranky.com and the services provided by LocalRanky (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. Effective date: October 13, 2026.
Services
We provide SEO, local SEO, web design, and related digital marketing services as described in your proposal or service agreement. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for your project are defined in that agreement, which takes precedence over these general terms where they differ.
Quotes and payment
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Project fees, retainers, and payment schedules are set out in your service agreement. Monthly services have no long-term lock-in and may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. Late payments may pause active work until the account is current.
Client responsibilities
You agree to provide timely access, content, credentials, and approvals reasonably needed to perform the services, and to ensure that materials you supply do not infringe any third-party rights. Delays in providing required materials may extend delivery timelines.
No guaranteed rankings
Search engine algorithms are outside our control. While we apply proven, white-hat strategies, we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, or revenue outcomes. We do guarantee transparent work, honest reporting, and strategies built around your business goals.
Intellectual property
On full payment, you receive ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for you. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, processes, templates, and know-how, which we license to you as part of the deliverables where applicable.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the services giving rise to the claim in the 3 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits.
Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days written notice. On termination, you pay for work completed through the termination date, and we deliver completed work product on receipt of payment.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance.
