By accessing and using the services provided by LocalRanky (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all clients, visitors, and others who access or use our website located at localranky.com and any related SEO or digital marketing services.
LocalRanky provides search engine optimization (SEO), link building, local SEO, technical SEO audits, content strategy, Google Maps optimization, and related digital marketing services. All services are delivered as outlined in individual client agreements or service contracts. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.
As a client of LocalRanky, you agree to:
Payment terms are specified in your individual service agreement. Monthly retainer fees are due on the 1st of each month. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly service charge. LocalRanky reserves the right to pause services if payment is more than 15 days overdue. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing. We accept payment via ACH, credit card, or wire transfer.
While LocalRanky employs industry-best SEO practices and has a proven track record of results, we cannot guarantee specific search engine rankings. Search engines like Google use complex, frequently updated algorithms outside of our control. We commit to delivering ethical, white-hat SEO strategies aimed at improving your organic visibility over time. Any agency guaranteeing specific rankings should be approached with caution.
All content, reports, strategies, and materials created by LocalRanky on behalf of the client become the property of the client upon full payment. Pre-existing tools, templates, processes, and proprietary methodologies remain the intellectual property of LocalRanky. You may not resell, distribute, or represent our deliverables as your own creation.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary business information shared during the course of the engagement. LocalRanky will not share your business data, strategies, or results with third parties without your express written consent, except as required by law.
LocalRanky’s liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from use of our services, including loss of business, revenue, or data. This limitation applies to all claims whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding balances become immediately due. LocalRanky will provide a transition report and transfer all client assets (login credentials, reports, content) within 14 business days of final payment. Early termination fees may apply as specified in your service agreement.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Austin, Texas. Both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing litigation.
LocalRanky reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify active clients of material changes via email. Continued use of our services after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
